Sky Tower Apartments are functional and fully equipped apartments prepared for 24-hour and long-term rental. The standard of each apartment includes HMS system (intelligent apartment management), air conditioning, heating, high quality household appliances and RTV, including KRUPS Dolce Gusto coffee maker , kettle, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board.

- breakfast served in Alyki restaurant in the Sky Tower Shopping Mall (level 0),
- a set of cosmetics: body lotion, shampoo, soap,
- a welcome set: coffee capsules, tea, water, sugar,
- 24-hour monitoring and protection of the premises,
- WiFi and satellite TV.

Worth to know

At check-in to the apartment, a returnable deposit of PLN 500 is required in order to secure claims. The deposit can be paid in cash or in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation and is refunded at check-out after inspection of the apartment by the apartment staff. If you notice any damage in the apartment, please inform the apartment staff immediately via e-mail to the address: help@apartamentyskytower.pl. Pre-authorised deposits are automatically released within 7-14 days, depending on the card issuer.
We reserve the right to exchange the apartment for another of the same or higher standard.
The maximum number of guests in the apartment is up to 5 people and is only possible between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
No smoking of tobacco products is allowed under regulatory penalty.
No events are allowed.
From 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. there is a lights-out period.
The building is monitored and guarded by security staff around the clock.

Check-in/out hours

Reception of Sky Tower Apartments is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., except Sundays and holidays: 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Check in: 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Check-out: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

In case of other hours of check-in or check-out, you should notify the Reception personnel in advance.

Animal policy

Pets are accepted. Additional charges may apply.

Parking - information

Parking is extra chargeable in some offers: 50,00 PLN per day/vehicle. The entrance to the parking +3 is located at 64 Gwiaździsta Street - in order to have an access to the entrance gate you need to order and pay for the service while checking in to the apartment.

Cancellation conditions

This reservation can be cancelled without costs until 3 days before arrival. In such case the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days after cancellation was submitted. If cancellation is submitted after this time or guest will not show at all, the property will charge 30.00% of the reservation value. It is required to provide credit card information or make the payment of 30.00% of the reservation value to guarantee the reservation.
