Intelligent Apartment Management System

The ability to manage the apartment using mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets will allow you, without moving from the comfortable chair or bed, to control the light, temperature, open and close the window, curtains or blinds.

You can switch on the music of your favourite artist or watch a selected movie at any time from one place.

The Apartment Management System will make it easy for you to regulate the temperature in the apartment, giving you the possibility to set a different temperature in each room.

An additional bonus of the HMS system is the possibility to set individual modes such as, for example: film, work, travel, dinner. The selected mode will adjust the light intensity, music volume or temperature in the apartment according to your expectations.

Thanks to the possibilities offered by the technology used by us, in case of a change in the weather, the window will be closed automatically protecting the apartment from damage.

Good location, near the tram stop, 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Beautiful view from the 41st floor to the city from both the living room and the bedroom. Spacious and clean apartment. Very comfortable. Well equipped. I warmly recommend it.

I recommend high rooms on the 46th floor. The view from the windows is amazing, the morning even foggy looks great. It is really motivating to start the day. The apartments are well equipped, there is a capsule coffee maker and full kitchen equipment. All in an elegant style.

LIGHT CONTROLLING - The "home & outside the home" function allows you to switch the lights on and off throughout the entire apartment with one touch. The wide range of possibilities of the dimming modules allows you to perfectly adjust the light intensity to the right situation, thanks to the function

PROGRAMME SCENARIUS - Automatically adjust the light or music volume to the time of day you want

FIRE SYSTEM - The safety of your apartment is ensured by an advanced fire protection system when a danger is detected the fire system will call the fire brigade itself during your absence

TEMPERATURE REGULATION - choose a comfortable temperature for you and the system will adjust the temperature to your expectations. You can set different temperatures in each room independently.

AUDIO-VIDEO SYSTEM - HMS capabilities allow you to create a central collection of your favourite records and movies, and the integrated sound system allows you to manage music from various devices (Hi-Fi, smartphone, tablet) in several rooms.

FAST OPTICAL FIBER INTERNET - High-speed optical fiber internet in your home provides the highest comfort of using the internet for private and professional purposes.
